Projects
Behavior Rig Toolchain
Six-camera 3D pose pipeline at HHMI Janelia. Designed the glass-aware calibration validated to 15 um against a machined target, built the cluster harness that ran 165 recordings across ~40 TB of video, and contributed to the lab's moments-behavior tools.
CRISPRight
Predictive CRISPR/Cas9 off-target pipeline using about 230k sequences, DNABERT embeddings, MLP models, and genetic search for sgRNA design.
Galvo Tracking Rig
A second rig that keeps a 135 mm lens on a moving insect. Three cameras run YOLO, their bounding-box centroids triangulate to a 3D point, and two pan-tilt mirrors steer a fourth camera onto it.
Tumor Evolution
Automated extraction, transformation, and analysis of tumor sequencing data for reproducible workflows and lineage tree reconstruction.
